Amazing Company with Great People - Intern Redbot Security Employee Review

Redbot is a small private company with incredible goals. The focus of the senior leadership is on target to be a key player in the industry. They only perform penetration testing and security advisory so the company is hyper focused on what they do to do it well. But what I really appreciate is how open and genuine my executives are. There is always training available. There's always room to be creative and try new things. The company really knows how to treat people with decency and understanding through life events. As a matter of fact, my manager ends all of our Friday calls with, "please finish your client work and then go be human beings. Make sure to spend time enjoying your family and friends." I appreciate this team.

The company is small, which is a pro and con. Not much room to grow beyond pay bumps and bonuses, but I've gotten to learn a lot.
