I was extremely pleased with the speed and efficiency of the recruitment process. The initial screening was conducted by the recruiter, and the very next day I had a Teams call scheduled with both the direct and second-level managers. Although the call was planned for 45 minutes, it extended to almost 1.5 hours, which I appreciated. They asked challenging questions but genuinely took the time to get to know me as a person, rather than focusing solely on my skills and experience.
Following that, we quickly arranged a face-to-face meeting. I spent a couple of hours at their office, received a tour of the building, and met several team members and stakeholders. Again, everyone took the opportunity to understand if I would fit well within the team culture. The openness and warmth of all colleagues has been remarkable.
Finally, the recruiter handled all the paperwork swiftly and efficiently, keeping me informed at every step of the process. Overall, I am thrilled by this experience. A big thank you to the Redcare Pharmacy Team.
