Organised Travel allowance for first flight into Colombia. Free lunches and morning snacks. Housing allowance to cover rent.

No yearly return travel allowance to see family who live far. Salaries are ok for Colombia, however not ok if we have to Pay for an expensive flight to visit family and friend. I am from the UK and I love working for the school but this part is saddening

There are great benefits for teachers

The salary and the type of contracts they promote are not the best.
