Good pay and easy role if you adapt to new environments quickly and are comfortable learning on the job.

Cons

Very cliquey environment, staff are quite unprofessional and if you don’t fit in you will feel bullied.

Pros

Pay is good. Can work independently

Cons

Hard to find parking on the estate. Office is dirty. Owner has “yes” people running the business for him who have no actual clue what they’re doing. If you’re good at your job they won’t encourage it as they feel threatened. No pay rises, Xmas bonus or annual reviews or just general performance reviews/appraisals. If you ask questions and take your job seriously you get laughed at
