Misleading promise and short term vision - Sr. Servicenow Developer/Analyst/Administrative Rede Consulting Services Employee Review

Joined the company based on a strong commitment during the interview that there were multiple projects lined up for at least 3 years. Unfortunately, after completing just one project in 6 months, I was laid off due to a lack of matching work—contrary to what was promised. Being a small startup, I took a calculated risk, but the lack of transparency and long-term planning was disappointing. Salary was paid on time, but no training or support was provided for skill development. Would advise others to be cautious and get everything in writing.
