1. Looks like things are far worse than what it was when I worked. Based on what I get to understand about current scenario is that there are no projects at all. Not sure why on earth would they hire people.
2. You will never get payslips, looks like the management thinks that they can avoid legal issues later if issued.
3. Pension fund deductions are not deposited to EPFO - For sure they cannot escape from it for a long time.
4. If there are good reviews posted, either it will be long working employees who definitely in my opinion cannot get matching jobs (Designation wise) anywhere else - Do not get impressed by them. It would be a 'requested' one (by brainwashed new employee)/'forced' one (by a desperate employee who understands reality and looking out for an opportunity to move out as and when opportunity knocks the door). Just adding a 5 star review to manage the ratings will not help. If Glassdoor can contact the person posting the positive reviews after 3-4 months of posting, I am sure it could be validated that most of them (barring long serving ones) will not be with the company by that time.
6. For an employee it is important to get salary on time, and contribute work towards matching skill sets - Definitely a 'zero' on these aspects.
