Pros
Great product, good people, decent culture
Cons
Unfortunately, the company is on the verge of bankruptcy just because of the lack of leadership from the owners. When I joined the company was not in a good place and they had started to lose clients a few months after the new owners acquired the business. Once I joined I worked really hard with the team to bring back the clients satisfaction and after a few months those clients who left started to come back and we had a good slow but steady progress but it was not enough for the owners and they wanted to double the results over night so they have decided to hire a new as they called "Super experienced" Director of the callcenter and after that everything started to go down yet the owners didn't realized and they were saying "it's part of the change to better". In less than a year, simply because of that decision and lack of their own leadership, they have lost 50% of their clients, had to lay off 50% of the employees, and now they are not even making even. They have decided to sell the business, but no one was willing to buy it even for 50% of the price. Unfortunately, the day I left the company, I could see this future for the business, but the owners were so stubborn in accepting their mistakes and very persistent in letting go of great people and hiring the disastrous people that nothing could change their minds except a hard lesson, which they are learning now. What makes it even worse is that even now, they fail to accept and admit their mistakes.
