Pros
I love what we're doing as a company and thoroughly enjoy the people I work with. It's a pleasure coming in to work every day. Upper management truly values every employees skill set and their opinions. It's a truly collaborative work environment where every employee matters. Great company culture and phenomenal work life balance.
Cons
The only downside is that we're still relatively unknown, so it's challenging overcoming the stigma of flat fee real estate. However, that just makes the challenge more exciting.
