Where do I start.. First off, the pay is laughable. Not competitive at all. Office jobs start under 30k and warehouse jobs start at 10/hr. The amount of hard work you have to put up makes the money that much more not worth it. Most people have tasks added onto them that are not in their job description and instead of hiring more people they just overload their workers to make the most profit. Management does not set you up for success at all, the training is terrible. They throw you into a job and give no support and then get mad at you when you don't know what to do. The communication is terrible. Leadership high fives when they make big deals while everyone is mad about being poor and under appreciated. They make big $ acquisitions to grow the business yet refuse to invest in their employees that are making redeye profitable. Redeye is a hot mess. Stay away.
