Pros

All of the standard hallmarks of an excellent place to work (free lunches, free drinks, flexitime); but what really stands out is the allergy to politics or bad ideas at every level of the company, the total access to and transparency by all levels of management right up to the CEOs, and the culture that means it's whether your idea is good that matters, not who you are whilst saying it.

Cons

You might never be able to hold down a conventional office job again, because you'll be in the habit of telling everyone the whole unvarnished truth - not something that some people get on with...

Pros

A company that treats each other reasonably and works hard to grow as a team. We value working in teams We try to be respectful, both in our collaboration and what we ask of each other Great work/life balance

Cons

Mostly a UK company, so those of us in the US are a bit removed Leadership is good, but we've had some turnover and they have work to do to grow together As we have grown over 500 people we have challenges of keeping a strong culture going. It's still there, but a little diluted in newer hires

Thank you for taking the the time to share your thoughts and we are pleased to hear your positive comments about our culture and benefits. Our technology can take a bit of time to get familiar with and our teams work hard to build training and resources to support that through onboarding, training, and help from colleagues along the way. We appreciate you sharing your experience.
