      Good benefits Nice people to work with Very understanding of individual needs Great training Good prospects for promotion

      Cons

      You could earn more but the salary is still very good and the flexibility and culture make up for this. It's still evolving which is also exciting to be there. They have gone from a one man band to a multi million pound organisation and are moving to a billion dollar org.

      Pros

      A company that treats each other reasonably and works hard to grow as a team. We value working in teams We try to be respectful, both in our collaboration and what we ask of each other Great work/life balance

      Cons

      Mostly a UK company, so those of us in the US are a bit removed Leadership is good, but we've had some turnover and they have work to do to grow together As we have grown over 500 people we have challenges of keeping a strong culture going. It's still there, but a little diluted in newer hires
