      Cons

      This company has become harmful to employees' mental health. The culture is deeply toxic, with no genuine opportunities for growth, and there’s a complete lack of investment in training or professional development. Management is chaotic and fosters a psychologically unsafe environment. While they claim to care about their people, offering surface-level mental health webinars or access to a wellness app, the day-to-day interactions are often harmful, toxic, and alarmingly immature.

      Pros

      A company that treats each other reasonably and works hard to grow as a team. We value working in teams We try to be respectful, both in our collaboration and what we ask of each other Great work/life balance

      Cons

      Mostly a UK company, so those of us in the US are a bit removed Leadership is good, but we've had some turnover and they have work to do to grow together As we have grown over 500 people we have challenges of keeping a strong culture going. It's still there, but a little diluted in newer hires
