Good entry level sales job but poor management - Client Representative Redis Marketing Employee Review

We truly appreciate your positive review about our team and the one on one sales training you received during your time at Redis Marketing. We are glad you enjoyed the supportive team environment we have cultivated here. At Redis our main goal is to empower individuals to grow within their career. With this being said we always allow each person of the team to have access to all the training to help them excel and achieve their own career goals, which are always discussed so we can have the same end goal. We believe that if you are given training you can exceed your career and financial goals which As our main focus is giving our employees the opportunity to professionally develop their careers and advance within their career we offer training meetings to those needing a bit of "extra" help. We believe in supporting our team, with that I would like to address the unmerited statement that management does not value the team's time. Our management believes in the value of rewarding the hard work the team puts into Redis Marketing and this is demonstrated in how our management holds team nights and social events with team members. As a business, we have to make difficult decisions. We realize sometimes the hardest working employees may benefit from another career opportunity. We hope, that while this might not be the easiest transition, they may take with them the skills they gained while at Redis Marketing We fully understand that our line of promotional marketing, travel included, as well as our base/commission pay structure may not be the best fit for everyone, but we are glad that you saw enough of an opportunity within our company to accept our job offer when presented to you.
