      Pros

      Open minded people and very nice organizational structure. Senior management is very involved and this is a good opportunity for starters.

      Cons

      The one con would be Geography focus and lack of diversity. However, the company does a great job of mitigating this factors by hiring diverse people.

      Friendly Co-Workers Reasonable working conditions Owner is great about working with your schedule Pays weekly

      Cons

      Owner is temperamental and does not communicate in a respectful manner Simple store maintenance is ignored until it becomes a bigger problem Management has an issue communicating effectively to the rest of the staff Operating software is ancient making it difficult to assist customers
