Pros
Great money, fun atmosphere, you'll make lots of friends, you play more than you "work". You can make great regulars who love to spoil you. Definitely a laid back environment and the owner does monthly contests and you can win great prizes like concert tickets, shopping sprees, cruises, money, gift cards, etc. also, they teach you VERY well how to serve responsibly!!! I loved that part about the company
Cons
Long shifts, you don't get cut. EVER- concept is to keep all girls on floor. Drama, your feet will get sore w/ boots on the concrete floor. You'll work most weekends and lots of holidays. You'll spend $100 or more on dress up days (if you wanna look your best) and since the restaurant is packed you may not make the money you want to. Customers can get inappropriate. Oh and did I mention drama.....
