It is a great company to work. I work as a Senior Technical Recruiter and I have enjoyed worked here.

No cons. It is a great place to work.

I started my contract position with Redolent at Walmart.com in 2015. Redolent team has been very supportive during the hiring and maintained a good relationship with Walmart. They would help with my working status regularly and presume any opportunity for the next level with my career. They care about the working environment at the hiring company for their contracted employees and maintain the professional communications with the hiring company if there’s any demand. Fortunately, I have been converted as a full-time position at Walmart. I sincerely appreciate Redolent team for giving me this opportunity as well as their full support with my career!
