Pros
The culture of the company and the people that work there make it a great place. => Great working environment => Great team => Creative and technically helpful => Lots of exposure and things to learn => Company understands work-life balance and actually respect that
Cons
Of course any management position can have it’s challenges. However, there is very little I can complain about. Like any tech company, the work is big and complicated so work/life balance can suffer from sometime. The difference is that it is the passion within the individuals that drives them to work long hours or not.
