Overworked Not enough Staff Work for free during overtime Senior Management has no clue on what is going on. Processes are broken and nothing works smoothly. Blaming Culture, you will have directors and managers from other departments pointing the finger at you blaming for their own incompetence. You will be placed in disciplinary when you follow one of the broken processes that you have been given. You will be placed in disciplinary when you can't complete a job that is being held by someone from another department who would rather play ping pong than work
