      Pros

      Nothing really to be honest with you. This place will go down as likely the worst place I ever work.

      Cons

      Leadership is awful and ignorant to the problems facing the community. Turnover is insane. The pay is awful and nowhere near the average for the job in the Huntsville area. Most people hate working there.

      My co-workers and the residents. It's a nice facility to work in and they have a decent lunch and dinner menu for the employees for a fair cost.

      Benefits are expensive for family.
