Exposure to major projects immediately Fast paced environment The employees are talented in atleast one particular area- so a good learning experience It's a good stop over to learn about analytics , running a business and working in a start up environment, but wouldn't advice a long term commitment

Cons

Lots of politics for a small team of 10. Not a transparent and open 'one family' culture that they tout to be. You may end up being thrown under the bus Elaborate HR processes - pick and choose which commitments they should honour based on personal judgements
