      The People team is wonderful and I really appreciate my manager.

      Cons

      I think there is inconsistency in how teams have scaled. Some are doing a great job of creating structure around processes that will scale with growth, some have not.

      Not sure this is a con, more of a good challenge: the company has grown tremendously over the last few years, and it will be a good challenge to continue to grow at that pace
