Pros
I love the team I work in. Good atmosphere. Good team spirit. Fun and laughter combined with professionalism. Truly great software, very good customer names, feels like family. Good benefits, base and bonus salary. If you have a good idea, you will get support to execute it. If you work hard, you will get support and acknowledgement. Many colleagues work here for a long time (10-15 years). Great office! Good cantine!
Cons
Internal communication can be better sometimes. Some new hires come and go. Is it the recruitment process? Or expectations vs. reality? You cannot hide in this small community so ou need to be a performer. Also if you are used to work in large companies this might not be the right place.
