      This company really has its act together financially. Very profitable and driven company with a great vision. Management is extremely supportive of growth. Great communication from Leadership on down.

      The People team is wonderful and I really appreciate my manager.

      Cons

      I think there is inconsistency in how teams have scaled. Some are doing a great job of creating structure around processes that will scale with growth, some have not.
