Business outlook
Pros
Working with an absolutely top crew of elite tech and commercial brains. A mainly young team (even the senior management) at the top of their game, with real potential for advancement if you are up to the task. Interesting travel opportunities and nice offices with free gym and games tables. Regular socials laid on for everybody. All in all, a highly successful company and a stimulating place to work. They even pay well.
Cons
The work is demanding and not everybody is up to it, even though all new hires are top Russell Group grads. So you have to leave your ego at the door and prove yourself here. They could do with a few more people, though headcount has more than doubled in the time I have been here.
