John Reed is an exceptionally smart and intuitive architect that is a great mentor. He values his employees and is open to communication. The office has really nice clients and beautiful projects. My architecture skills grew exponentially since working here.

For some people, the working pace (during office hours) might be too fast, but it works well for me because the work is exciting and most of the projects get built fairly quickly.
