This company is fragmented and attempting (and failing) to work as one. reed.co.uk is very different to 'Reed Recruitment Services' so be clear on who you are working for! Both "companies" operate with big public statements which bare no resemblance to the reality in the actual workplace. A very old fashioned approach with poor support for Women / Flexible working / Maternity...no substance to their headlines!
