      No vetting course, easy work, reliable paycheck, foot in the door to security contracting, security clearance sponsor, deploy in country in 2 weeks or less from job offer, CRC attendance is usually waived along with paid commercial air deployment

      Cons

      Low daily pay rate, 335/30 leave rotation, intolerable coworkers(no vetting), backstabbing, no pay during CRC, military air redeployment, and no pay during deployment/redeployment travel

      As a manager with Reed gave you the ability to manage staff within the company guidelines without intervention or heavy over site.

      Not allot of room for advancement within the company past a certain level as an American.
