Building On Purpose - Estimator Reeder General Contractors Employee Review

I have been here almost 6 years and when I was hired on it was 2 days before the heat of covid sent us home. This whole time I have felt supported, important, like what I do makes a difference, and feel that I am part of the REEDER family. I am proud to work for Wes, Cole, and Lane. They have taken such wonderful care of me and have honestly shaped who I am.

REEDER gives you back what you put in. If you are not interested in taking part of the social activities or events then you may feel left out but as someone who does everything in her power to fully immerse myself in my role and with my coworkers it makes work more fun when you really truly enjoy the people you spend so much time with.
