Pros
During my time at Reedsy I have been involved in nearly every stage of the product development. For such a small team, it's pretty amazing what's been built in such a short amount of time. There is a fantastic team behind the products that ship and I am hugely proud of my involvement on them. I am given huge amount of autonomy over my work, it's great to feel trusted by my colleagues and the founders to just get the job done. We have a road map that the whole team is working towards, and it's up to me to decide on how to achieve that as efficiently as possible. I feel like my opinions are listened to and carefully considered by the team, and am looking forward to my continued involvement in the company.
Cons
With multiple projects on the go, it would always be useful to have more hands on deck to help out. Sometimes features are pushed back because there are not enough resources. But I would say that any growing company would always face these problems. They're a sign that things are going well!
