Pros
I've been with Reedsy over a year so far and genuinely look forward to logging in every morning. I came in as an intern with no experience in the field and very little experience working in a remote setting -- I feel the company provided me with what I needed to become successful in my role and begin driving forward independently.
Cons
As it is a small team, bigger projects often take a bit of time (but I feel like things are well prioritized).
