Great for college students or people looking for gig work - Server Reedville Catering Employee Review

People are the biggest pro at Reedville. Everyone works well together. Definitely work as a team. From the owner down, we are all treated with respect.

No cons for me. High up on my list of best places I have worked.

The owner is delusional so with the right staff can be a decent place

heartless owner Rick van beveren will fire anyone without notice and with no good reasoning despite what the rest of his staff thinks and wants. He repeatedly loses his temper on employees getting very loud and inches from your face. He also decreased an employees wage after being with them for a year because of an "accounting issue" when only outstanding work came from this employee with increased company sales and business. He will also fight all employees he fired ( without good reasoning, one of which was given a raise days before for good work) on their unemployment for months, regardless of the fact he left them high and dry out of nowhere. Worst ran business by far and they will soon drive themselves straight into the ground.
