      Community history. Nice and organized workplace. Free parking.

      Cons

      The owner is volatile- he goes off with no warning literally in the face of employees, for no actual fault of the employees. It seems calm and professional but this company has an underlying negative culture.

      People are the biggest pro at Reedville. Everyone works well together. Definitely work as a team. From the owner down, we are all treated with respect.
