Pros
Fast paced environment pushes you to learn quickly. Administrators make a decent amount (for an entry-level admin job), but the contract employees are way underpaid and overworked
Cons
An uninspired workplace filled with very sad, overworked, underpaid people. CEOs reap the benefits of this model, but it leaves a lot to be desired for the employees (and, likely, the audience). A heads up to BIPOC getting involved, this is a quick cheque, but, like this industry in general, the people in charge falsely champion diversity while keeping key decision makers (esp in development/production) as white as possible. Have yet to meet a former BIPOC employee who hasn't found themselves leaving, enraged at an executive or manager's callous casual racism.
