      Pros

      Amazing company culture that revolves around treating everyone as an equal no matter your title. Fantastic open door policy where upper management provides a safe environment to discuss any concerns, questions and ideas. The President/CEO is very hands on and encourages and nurtures growth opportunities for all employees.

      No complaints. Enjoyed working for the company.

      There are no pros to this job. Other than seeing movies being made if your lucky.

      Cons

      Don't work here, you have to fight for shifts. Very low pay for the hours you have to work, no health benefits, not consistent with continuous work.
