Pros

Reemotely has exposed me to a dynamic, fast-paced, end-to-end hiring environment that has helped me grow both professionally and personally. Along the way, I’ve been very lucky to work with incredibly supportive colleagues and teammates. While the company is still evolving, seeing the passion, effort, and dedication of everyone involved in making Reemotely a better place every day is something I deeply appreciate. I’m truly glad to be part of this journey.

Cons

As a newly growing company, there are naturally still many areas that are still being developed and refined. If you are looking for a workplace with highly established processes, premium compensation, and a fully mature system, this may not be the right place for you.

Pros

It is good for an experienced for starting career as a virtual assistant. The recruitment process is quite fast.

Cons

I'm quite aware that during my 2 weeks, the client that they assigned to me has been changing a lot of VAs since November to February, and a lot of VAs resigned from the internship. Reemotely doesn't give me a chance to be assigned to another client, but they terminated my program because they think I don't fit with the culture. The termination is one-sided and does not follow the internship contract. A little bit disappointed with the result. And Reemotely didn't respond to my discussion about my evaluation.

Pros

1. Gained hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews across multiple roles. 2. The team works in a dynamic startup environment, so there’s always something happening. It pushed me to adapt quickly, manage multiple tasks, and become more proactive in my work. 3. Despite being remote, the team was approachable and collaborative. I felt comfortable asking questions and learning from others, which really helped me build confidence early on.

Cons

I can’t think of any major downsides at the moment.
