Environment is fast-paced, requiring adaptability and comfort with frequent changes. As a smaller startup, in some areas there is a lack of established processes and procedures that can sometimes lead to ambiguity or the need to create systems from scratch.

Long interview process , description of the role is not what it is AT ALL “role position is care navigator” which is it a “call center” your on the phone for 8 hours your shift time receiving a call every 15seconds. Two 15minute breaks 30minute for lunch and they are stickler about your break (don’t be a minute late) you have to only use the restroom during those times. And if you come in overqualified with years of experience expect to be look down upon or terminated.
