One con about this company is the fact that there is not more positions to be filled at the moment. More people need to experience the dedication and fun atmosphere that Refined Connection offers.
Will drop you at the drop of a hat, if you miss one weekday or if you spend too much time on their slack. Only looks for people that put in multiple hours a day and don’t know when they’ll be paid. Can’t track if your lead went through. Isolate you if you don’t meet numbers. Training that confuses the leads.
