The employees at this company are some of the best people you will ever work with. Most are genuine and kind and caring.

The company is big on mission and culture and all the mantras they push for eternal purpose etc. however the actual goal is the same as every other company; to make as much profit as possible, squeeze as much work out of your current employees as possible, gaslight them to make them believe their perspective is selfish or wrong and take the executives on trips to make sure they are constantly drinking the koolaid. So much money is spent on the executives that the people doing all the grunt work are ignored and that’s what you expect from any company but this one pretends to be different so you are expecting something better and that’s what so disappointing. They make it extremely difficult to get hired with their incredibly long and invasive process just for you to end up undervalued. Good luck getting promoted from within unless you are the owners friend or already an exec.
