Actually hired smart low level employees.

This company made some of the worst decisions I have ever witnessed. They would come out with new sales strategies that would make the entire sales team say "huh?...that seems like a terrible idea" next thing you know the company is failing and layed off 3 departments including pretty much their entire sales team. Rather than keep the best people they kept the people with the lowest salaries. No loyalty to their employees.
