      Great people, professionals that are easy to work with. Fantastic culture without being cult-ish. High growth and excellent leadership. Supportive environment with lots of collaboration and opportunities to grow.

      The PTO policy is a little stingy.

      Pros

      Structured process. Associates are all willing to assist and help when needed. Benefits are offered after 90 days of employment. Pay is on par for my position. Work/life balance is reasonable for my position.
