Cons
Management is highly supportive and has been instrumental in my learning, especially considering my non-tech background. My colleagues are incredibly helpful and foster a collaborative work environment. The fully remote setup allows me the flexibility to work from anywhere, and the absence of fixed shifts means I can work at times that suit me best. Additionally, there is no monitoring or micromanagement, which creates a trusting and stress-free atmosphere.
