- Even though I agree with the work-life balance thing others are writing about, is this really the place you want if a primary objective for you is work-life balance? And it's not awful, but expect 50 hrs average (meaning its not 70 either) and it's not a problem being on parental leave etc, management is trying their best to make it work for everyone. The work is very flexible and most of us have small kids and make it work.
