Pros
Fast growing company still very small that should be easy to change. Tampa offices are nice but the culture is not there to leverage it.
Cons
No accountability by the employees. Lack of vision and direction from leadership demonstrated by the level of approvals and the lack of ownership by all employees. Senior leaders are not held accountable and defer every decision (as little as it could be) to the "c" level.
