If you like 5 days of PTO for first 3 years to use between sick, personal and vacation this place is for you.
If you like having being yelled for for going 30 minutes into OT, this place is for you.
If you like being yelled at for getting a 1 star review that wasn't even your fault, this place is for you.
If you like having your hours cut on holidays so you don't get paid more than 40 hours in your paycheck, this place is for you.
If you like being watched, listened to, micromanaged by the owner from the comfort of his house, this place is for you.
If you like having no company parties, barely a holiday party, no holiday bonuses, this place is for you. The manager pays out of his own pocket to have a holiday party at his house where you can bring your significant other with you, since the owner won't allow a +1 at his place.
If you like having the worst insurance plan there is, this place is for you.
If you like to feel appreciated as as an employee this place is NOT for you.
You won't even get a thank you on your 1, 2, or 3 year anniversary or even on your last day of employment from the owner.
If you can, go elsewhere and get out of this sweatshop as soon as you can. It's literraly over 80 degrees in the store during the day.
