Pros

I love working in this fast-paced environment. It's exciting to know that your contributions are valued and recognized, and that they make a direct impact on the business. It's great to see team members develop their skills and progress within the organization as well as the high level of interaction amongst members of the various functional teams. Significant efforts are made to invest in making the workplace enjoyable and comfortable (ex. couches in the flex space to relax during breaks, ping pong table and free coffee, pop, water, etc.), and also keep everyone in-the-know about the latest projects and initiatives (ex. weekly company-catered meals where the Leadership Team presents the wins of the week and shout out to those who contributed to the success). Lots of new initiatives are released regularly to optimize the services offered to clients and to increase efficiencies internally...it's exciting to be part of that.

Cons

It's a fast-paced environment that requires everyone on board to be flexible and adaptable, and also able to change priorities quickly. For those who prefer a slower pace and more structure, this may not be the ideal place for them.

Pros

. Regardless of which department you work in, we all rely on one another to achieve what we need to achieve. Whether it is our teams working directly with our customers or our back-end systems working hard to improve the overall client experience, each member has a purpose and knows the impact their purpose has in both the client’s and company’s success. If anyone faces a challenge, they have both the tools and the individual support from their leadership to help overcome that challenge. If there is a challenge that many people are facing and there is no immediate solution, it is all-hands on deck to build the right solution, test it and roll it out with tracking systems in place to ensure its ongoing success. As strong as we are operationally, we are equally intentional culturally. In any given week you would find yourself enjoying something sweet over a company celebration or enjoying a nice cold beer (yes, you heard me right, beer) during a Friday afternoon while enjoying the comradery of our Flex Space (there are usually some very entertaining Video Game, Ping Pong or Foosball games going on).

Cons

Things move fast here. With the growth we've experienced, it requires people jump in with both feet, which can be hard to do if you have not been in an environment like that before. It's a great company for those looking for a difference, it's not a great company for those looking to do the same thing every day.

Pros

Free lunch every Friday but that might stop too.

Cons

I was with the company for just a over a year. It was great to start as gaining some experience and thought there was advancement within the company and management was good. Then firing started, people continue to quit. Good people including senior management. Then you wonder why. The company pays not great and no raises unless they need you when you try to quit then they offer you a little raises to make you stay. Then management changed in operation department. Manager and director has absolutely no leadership skills. They are in fact bullies. Treat employees horrible and they are finding mistakes to get you in trouble. If they really don't like you, they lay you off. It is beyond awful. The worst of them is communication. Either no communication at all or they talk like a 6 grader. It is embarrassing. Really bad feeling working there as people are constantly worried when would be the next firing. When i started there were 15 on the team and there were 3 a year later. And most people quit. I would suggest look else where.
