false advertisement - Customer Service Representative RegaloRx Employee Review

This company is severely understaffed due to insane turnover, the management here did not get promoted due to skill but due to being at the right place wrong time. You are blamed and left to answer non stop high volume calls, you do not get answers and the supervisors are allowed to IM you and treat you however they want and the HR is a joke consisting of 2 people who act clueless when real problems are brought up.
