Was once an amazing treatment center, but now ruined by new investors and incompetent onsite leadership - Anonymous employee Regard Recovery Employee Review

-Lack of staff/resources contributing to unsafe working conditions onsite & sentinel event -Facility has zero upkeep and the ADA elevator to group programming has been out of order for 8 months, thus not allowing pts with ADA needs to attend programming. Deck/fire exit off of main group room collapsed in 2025 and has not been repaired, thus blocking a fire exit -Untrained, inexperienced leadership staff who have no experience overseeing a treatment center -Medical staff are expected to operate with off brand, cheap, or no medical supplies at all
