Pros
Great insurance benefits as hoped for from a insurance company. Flexibility and work life balance, to an extent. There is plans for RTO for those who live within a certain distance of an office.
Cons
Lack of communication and training, you're expected to figure things on your own constantly with little no guidance. This can be a positive but it can also be a negative as you are constantly second guessing if you got things right.
Frequent layoffs with little to no information.
Understaffed and overworked, people are constantly trying to get ahead of their work loads because more work keeps coming and there is less staff to manage the work.
Leadership is disconnected to people working at the ground level. They don't interact much with teams outside of their management teams, so information is usually trickled down from the top and as is the reverse.
