      Pros

      Worked with some really great people. Cookout on Fridays during the summer. Somewhat flexible when it comes to being there as long as you finish your work and get your 40 hrs in.

      Cons

      If you want order, process, real incentives (not just a dangling carrot), appreciation, reviews, raises, etc, this is NOT the place for you.
