There was a lack of proper documentation, communication, and respect for my rights as an employee. This experience has shown me that the company does not uphold fair employment practices or provide a safe, supportive work environment for all employees. Someone needs to investigate the company on its diversity practices and ad dress concerns of racism to ensure fair treatment for everyone.
